HDP 55 dwellings at C / Riera d'en Font de Can Jordana, Tiana

The proposal responds to the type of double block with center aisle of access to housing. This common space incorporates a series of courtyards, allowing light and ventilate the hall as well as trigger housing cross ventilation. The buildings are adapted to the topography of terraces, result is the stepped volume of the project. Each building has two entrances, one on the lobby level of the parking on the street Riera d'en Font and another upstairs. Both buildings have the communication centers. The proposal seeks to ensure that most households have the best possible guidance. In fact, 55 houses have oriented east or west room, which gives guaranteed mandatory minimum opening with a direct asoleo south-west orientation. It also tries to free the maximum space solar to win a green space for the use of residents. The area enclosed gardens on the ground floor apartments have a maximum of 30% of its total floor area. The rest of the gardens is public domain, and consequently municipal maintenance.
