St. Paulus - social pastoral center, kindergarten, housing

Around the St. Paul's church in the district of Reichenau in Innsbruck, a residential building with 70 rental apartments and a unit for assisted living was built in three phases. Furthermore, a kindergarten was built at the same time. In the first phase of construction, the Social Pastoral Center St. Paulus was built with a parish priest. All three buildings are interconnected underground via the common underground car park, with entry and exit from the south side of the complex.

The skyscraper is located east of the existing Memorial Church of St. Paul, and offers quality living space in its proximity to the adjacent park, set back from the road. On ten aboveground levels, the building offers space for apartments ranging in size from two to four rooms. The majority of the apartments is assigned an outdoor space in the form of a covered balcony.

The EC provides space for assisted living centered around a communal living and dining area.

Access is via a compact inner core, which includes staircases, elevators and storey corridors. The underground car park in the first and the basement compartments as well as technical and ancillary rooms in the second basement are also reached via the access area.
