The INTEGRA project was born in an experiment carried out in partnership between the association Terza Settimana (TheThird Week), the ATC of Piemonte Centrale (The Agency for public housing of Torino) and the Municipality of Turin.

It's a model to help ATC poorest tenants to bear the expenses of the dwelling through the maintenance and decoration of the common areas of the ERP housing stock.

All this is financed with working vouchers, by the Banking Foundation “Compagnia di Sanpaolo” .

The maintenance issues, essential to stem the deterioration in public housing, can not ignore innovative measures to support the quality of living of the most vulnerable tenants, combining the traditional methods of intervention to new activities focused on increasing the involvement of inhabitants in a perspective horizontal subsidiarity.

ATC, in accordance with its mission, aims to support greater social cohesion and integration in the neighborhoods of public housing.

The Municipality of Turin, Welfare management and social policies, participates as a connoisseur of the main social problems of the area and potential users.

The association Terza settimana aims to help families who are in the primary poverty situations (food, hygiene, clothing, school supplies for children), favoring the construction of a network of private and public actors that interact together in partnership to achieve effective responses on the territory directed towards improving the social economic conditions of vulnerable people.

The Ufficio Pio of Compagnia di San Paolo dispenses funds to activate the accessory work plans for unemployed persons.

The tool of small maintenance, essential to stem the deterioration in public housing, can not ignore innovative measures to support the quality of living of the most vulnerable tenants, combining the traditional methods of intervention to new activities focused on increasing the involvement of inhabitants in a perspective horizontal subsidiarity.
